If I buy a frozen 16lb turkey tomorrow, will it be defrosted by T-Day?

Hmm..you're supposed to defrost 3-4 days in advance, because it should be defrosted in the fridge to be safe. It's also not safe to try and defrost it quickly (like in warm water). Maybe try and buy one that's not frozen.
