HEL P! My lil kitten wont stop crying he keeps covering his eyes with his paws and screaming.?

hes sitting in a corner and covering his eyes with his paws and screaming/yelling/ crying. and green liquid is like oozing outt... its creepy im scared to move. cuz when i move he jumps in the air. and attacks my leg. and starts bitting my my toes. help wht should I do.?
