WHATS WRONG WITH MY CAR!!!!?

i turned it on fine at 5:13 and left to my homies house, i picked him up from work to him to his appartment about 3 minutes away from there. i parked a little far away cuz there was no parking space close to his appartment, i turned the car off started smokin, when we were done a space open in front of his appartment, i tried to turn the car on, but u could only hear the engine trying, i keep the key turned, i gave it a lil gas and it stayed on, "bearly" i mean the whole car was shaking and it was very sluggish to reverse and drive, i parked it and try turning it on and it was stuck in the middle of ignicion!! it turned on after like 30 seconds whit WHite vapor coming out of the exhoust. we chilled inside of his app. for like 30 minutes came out andturned the car on like nothing. took it to orailly auto parts but they dint know what was wrong i turned the car on and it shsked a lil, i droped him off and on the way home my panel turned on and off and dimmed!!! really weird! any explation, im 16 so explain well,and the car is a honda accord 1994 250,000 mile on that car!
