I need helppp my life is confusing!!!!?

so its a long story, i made out a few times with this boy and now hes dating another girl, then i began talking to another boy and he liked me alot but i stopped liking him for some reason, then a few days later i began talking to his friend who likes me alott and we made out already andddd now another boy likes me alot (has for a yr) and we plan on hooking up this week, i feel confused cause i can nvr keep a boy, i love trying to get them but once they rlly like me i stop liking them for no reason :( idk what kind of advice you can give, i just feel like idk who i like, i still love the first boy but he has a gf so idk what to do.
