Import Data from Tally9 to MS excel!!!?

I have data entered in excel sheet and given formulas in of the data entered in next sheet. Now I export excel sheet from Tally 9 to this sheet file and want to add the amount field from tally to this excel sheet and link to the sheet where the formula is given. Now to link this file and refresh the sheet .
