Is my infant rabbit dieing?

if he is then its my fault.I purchased him 1 week ago and he's been outside in his hutch in the pouring rain.I didnt consider raising the hutch off the ground so i imagine he has cought some cold or worse.He does not hardly move and tends to spread his back legs out and jusy lyes there then every now and again will get up and move like he is uncomfortable....would you say he is dieing?
