I have a pomaranian and tonight he is acting very strange?

Tonight my pomaranian is acting as if he is drunk . He has no balance but yet he gets up and runs around for a little while. Then right back to the same thing, acting as if he was drunk. He is still eating and drinking but not much to drink. When he stands still he wobbles and he also acts as if he is going blind, like when we get up close and he doesn't see us at first then he jumps like something scared him to death. Please help me I love my dogs and need some help finding out what is wrong with my dog.
