Lawn Mowing bussiness?

About a month and a half ago five of my neighbors asked if i want to mow their lawns. I think this is enough to start a business and i thought of my ways of payment. I can do a flat fee for the month, the size and terrain of the lawn, or the amount of hours it takes me to mow the lawn. Which one should i choose and how much should i charge
