I need help quick, rabbit problems?

I just got a two rabbits from a friend (she had lots of baby rabbits) and said that they were indoor rabbits but my mum wont let me keep them inside. so now i have to keep them outside in a hutch i have heard that rabbits are better to be kept inside cause it's warmer. my mum worries about the smell and the poo and wee. also my sister isnt aloud to hold them only pick them up cause she if she does then her eyes kinda gets red and her cheeks (i think she has an allergy to them) but shes fine just picking them up. i want to run around the house or just my room but how do i train them to poo and wee in the litter box or what they have. and how do i get my mum to agree with keeping them in the house? sorry its long its just that i need answers quick. thx :)
