I have some drywall that got wet. What is the best way to patch or repair it?

It's in my ceiling, and the roof has been repaired, but some of the drywall for wet and has bulged the paint. I am hoping to not have to cut out the whole panel and rehang the ceiling, but is there a good or quick way to repair, patch, or otherwise deal with this?
